Just so You know... 2-Day means 2 business days, and Next-Day means next business day.

FOUR 20 BOARDS charges sales tax if your package is shipped to FLORIDA.

Alaska/Hawaii: Expedited delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS. So, 2-day and Next-Day will be a lot faster than US Post but we can't guarantee that you will have the package in 2 business days for 2-day and 1 business day for Next-Day. It is usually on time but they made us write this.

OVERSIZED PACKAGES (Skateboard and Snowboard Shipping): If for some reason your package is really, really big, we may email you a quote for shipping that differs from the numbers you see during check out. We won't ship your order until we get your approval regarding the new charges.

In order to protect our customers FOUR 20 BOARDS reserves the right to ship packages signature required. Please call us at 727.452.7920 if this creates a problem for you. You're the Best!

Oh Yea... UPS may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign.

The United States Postal Service does not have the ability to track international packages (including shipments to Canada). Even though you may not have chosen USPS we sometimes ship USPS to save money on shipping and keep your shipping costs down. If you are concerned about this please call us at 727.452.7920 before you place your order so that we can solve any potential issues. Just to reiterate, under the circumstances described the tracking is out of our hands so don't get mad at us if we cannot give you the exact location of your package.

Shipping to PO Boxes:

We are not the best shippers in the world, but we Get 'er Done and we are more than happy to ship to a PO Box

Our tracking system, or lack thereof, is integrated with the US Postal Service but the US Postal Service does not provide detailed information about where the package is and when it will be delivered. So if you get nervous, email us or call us at 727.452.7920 and we'll gladly track your package.

Shipping to a Military (APO, FPO) Address:

We love the military and are more than happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses thanks to our good friends at the US Postal Service.

Our tracking system, or lack thereof, is not integrated with the US Postal Service so if you get nervous, email us or call us at 727.452.7920 and we'll gladly track your package.

Shipping to Canada:

We offer two ship methods to Canada: USPS Canadian Post (4-10 business days) and UPS Canadian Express (2-5 business days). USPS Canadian Post orders ship for FREE if your order is over $199. Otherwise, it's $20.95. UPS Canadian Express costs $39.95. We love our "Tuque-Wearing" Canadian Customers!

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

UPS Canadian Express order can be tracked on the UPS website and we will email you a tracking number when your order ships. USPS Canadian Post orders are not trackable because the United States Postal Service does not have the ability to track international packages (including shipments to Canada).
